About Chandigarh Group of College CGC Jhanjeri

Chandigarh Group of College CGC, Jhanjeri Mohali was established in 2012. The institute has also been accredited with grade 'A' by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The courses offered are duly approved by the Government of Punjab while Engineering and MBA courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and all the Law Courses are approved by Govt. of Punjab and Bar Council of India.

Faculty of Engineering, as well as Faculty of Management both, are affiliated to IKG PTU, Jalandhar while Chandigarh Law College is affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala.CGC Group has expanded his service in one more location with Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC), Landran.

The idea was born. Starting with a modest building with a handful of students, CGC has now become a legacy of success itself. Quality education that reaches all sections of society is the resolution as well as the mission here at CGC.

Currently, CGC-J offers more than 40 advanced, practice-based and industry-par undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the fields of Engineering, Management, Commerce, Law*, Computer Application, Journalism, Pharmacy*, Sciences, and others.

Every year, industry experts and international expert faculties from top corporate and world-renowned universities, respectively, visit our campus to give students a first-hand experience of the global education landscape and real-life industry.

Also since inception, the college has been taking a keen interest in various social welfare activities. Pursuant to the same, the college is running a full-fledged NSS Unit affiliated to I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University. Chandigarh Group of College CGC Jhanjeri Hostel Fees

Performance on the placement front is praiseworthy indeed and students get a lot of guidance with regards to this aspect. Training programs for placement are also organised. Flipkart, Amazon, Aditya Birla are among the companies that have recruited the students.

Point of delight is that more than 80% of students get placed. There are more points of delight as far as placements are concerned. The highest salary package was offered was Rs 36 lakhs per annum and the average salary package offered every year is Rs 7.8 lakhs per annum. More than 500 companies offer placement in the institution.

CGC Jhanjeri Open Scholarship for Higher Education

We at CGC Jhanjeri believe that higher education is one of the most lucrative investments a student can make & any financial setback shouldn't ruin their chances of building a great career. Therefore, we have come up with CGC Josh – A Scholarship Test that gives financial assistance to students aspiring to pursue Engineering, Management, Commerce, Law, Computer Application, Journalism, Pharmacy & Sciences courses at CGC Jhanjeri.

Applicants have to visit the official website and click the appropriate link and create a user account comprising a username and password. Post creation of the account, applicants have to login with help of username and password and start filling the form.

They have to upload the required documents, pay the registration fee or exam fee and then check for errors in the details provided in the application form and correct them if any. Post corrections, they can submit the application form finally.
