The college also provides on campus hostel facilities for the students. There are separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls. All rooms are equipped with a bed, study table, computer node and an attached bath. The aim of the college group os to make the environment conducive for holistic development of students.

IILM Academy ensures provision of all basic necessities in the hostel which includes adequately ventilated spacious living room, study room with an attached bath room, equipped with a bed, study table and computer node. IILM Grads are trained in aspects beyond those in books. They are coached in areas of soft skills like etiquette, networking and communication. It is an all-round development that is provided to our students, which makes them a cut above the rest, a pool of talent to recruit from.

The college has a Career Guidance & Placement Cell (CGPC to train and guide the students to bag the best jobs in their fields. They assist the students in developing and clarifying their academic and career interests by sorting their short and long-term goals through individual counseling and group sessions. They regularly keep updating the data base of the students. Their task also includes to coordinate with the companies to learn about their requirements and recruitment procedures and to identify the needs and expectations of the companies to assist them in recruiting the most suitable candidates.

They are involved in organizing pre-placement training/workshops/seminars/ industrial visits for students. They organise periodic meetings with the Human Resources Department of companies and TPO's of other college to promote their institute and increase the recruiters in the campus.

The Training and Placement Function at IILM is facilitated by Career Guidance & Placement Cell (CGPC) consists of Head –CGPC, Managers –Placement, Faculty coordinators for each branch and students coordinators from respective departments.

ILM has a modern, eco-friendly, fully networked campus with optical fiber cable connectivity between buildings. It has an-of-the-art IT infrastructure, computing and communication resources, electronic access controls and a payment system through smart cards.

Utilities and services such offered by the college are cafeteria, food courts, ATM, medical center, campus shop, telephone kiosk, xerox facility, open-air theatre are also located within the campus for easy lifestyle for the in house students.

The college life also focuses on extra curricular activities to make the lives of the students much better. There are clubs and societies to help the students grow as a person and explore their personality to the fullest. There are societies in the college like computer society of India and Sahyog.

The classrooms and tutorial rooms are equipped with audio-visual aids and have Internet connectivity. This also makes it quite evident that the college campus is a fully wi-fi enabled campus. They have 3 air-cooled lecture theatres, two with a seating capacity of more than three hundred and one with a seating capacity of about two hundred and fifty, with modern audio and video presentation systems.
