Acharya Nagarjuna University - ANU, Guntur

Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU), Guntur is one of the prestigious universities located at Andhra Pradesh. It was established in the year 1976 by the former President of India, Sri Fakruddin Ali Ahmed. The university is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It is one of the major universities in the country covering many colleges and institutes of districts in the region. This University has grown into a large university with 39 academic departments, including several self-financed courses. Its jurisdiction was extended to three districts now having over 450 Affiliated Colleges.
